Neal D. Gidvani, Esq.


Neal is a 2008 graduate of the University of Iowa College of Law in Iowa City. At the University of Iowa, Neal was a member and published author of the Iowa Journal of Transnational Law and Contemporary Problems, worked as judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Patrick J. Walsh in the Central District of California, and participated in both the Jessup International Moot Court Competition and trial advocacy.


Upon graduation, he moved to Las Vegas and began work at a medium sized California based insurance defense firm.  Here, Neal worked as a Associate representing large insurance companies in personal injury and construction defect matters. 


Prior to starting his own practice with Phil, Neal worked for another California based law firm representing large lending institutions in credit related matters. Neal’s practice focused primarily on representing large lending institutions at Nevada foreclosure mediations. 


He is admitted to practice law by the U.S. Federal District Court in Nevada, the State Bar of Nevada, and the State Bar of Illinois.

Phillip A. Silvestri, Esq.


Phil is a 2008 graduate of Wake Forest University School of Law in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. At Wake Forest, Phil was a Dean’s scholarship recipient, an active participant in many trial advocacy and moot court competitions, and a member of the Joseph Branch Inn of Court. During law school, Phil had the opportunity to work at a boutique litigation firm in Buffalo, New York and a medium-sized general litigation firm in Honolulu, Hawaii. 


Upon graduation, Phil moved to Las Vegas and practiced with a medium-sized firm primarily representing national homebuilders in complex construction defect matters and class action lawsuits.


Prior to establishing Silvestri Gidvani with Neal, Phil worked for a California creditors’ rights firm. Phil’s practice primarily focused on representation of lenders in Nevada Foreclosure Mediations, as well as resolving disputes related to homeowner associations. 


Phil is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Nevada.  Phil currently sits on the State of Nevada Foreclosure Mediation Advisory Committee.
